Casa Katarina is rented as an entire apartment for up to 10 guests.
The price is set individually according to the dates, length of stay and number of guests.
During the high season, we prefer weekly stays, usually from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside the high season, shorter stays from 3 nights are also possible.
Outside the main summer season, we also offer longer and monthly stays. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and is also suitable for remote work or a peaceful stay by the sea outside the busy season. The price for longer stays is set individually according to the dates, length of stay and number of guests.

INDICATIVE PRICES
Casa Katarina is rented as an entire apartment.
The price is always calculated individually according to the period, length of stay, number of guests and current availability.
Stays outside the high season:
from 200 € / night for a smaller number of guests and stays from 5 nights
Short stays outside the season: price on request depending on the period and number of guests
Summer stays: price on request depending on the period and number of guests
Monthly stays outside the season: from 1,500 € / month + utilities according to actual consumption
The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Tourist tax: 1 € / person / night according to the rules of the Municipality of Silvi
Children under 14 years: exempt from tourist tax
We will be happy to prepare an exact offer according to the requested period, length of stay and number of guests.
For last-minute stays, an individual price may be agreed.
